Please Note: This guarantee is not automatic. You must select it during checkout. By default, your order ships with tracking only. To activate the No-Melt Guarantee, choose "Signature Required" in the Shipping section at checkout. This is a free upgrade at no extra cost.

• Insulated Packaging: Every order is wrapped in double-bubble thermal foil to maintain temperature during transit.

• Priority Shipping: We use USPS Priority Mail or FedEx to minimize transit time, selecting the best carrier based on your package size and delivery location.

• Temperature Control: Frozen gel packs are included with every order, scaled to the order size, to keep your chocolate cool.

• Hassle-Free Resolution: If your chocolate arrives melted under our guarantee, we will replace it or issue a refund.
